As a former ‘nice guy,’ I suffered a lot…
I’m an average-looking guy, and women never paid attention to me. I was never the kind of man women approach. I knew guys like that, but I was not one of them.
But it wouldn’t have made a difference. Because even if a woman had smiled and waved at me, I wouldn’t have been able to start a conversation with her. I would have been paralyzed because I didn’t know what to do.
So I did the only thing I thought could work to get a girlfriend. I acted like a textbook ‘nice guy’ around the few female friends I had.
Hoping that by buying them gifts, inviting them to nice dinners, and doing anything they asked me to do… they would start seeing me as boyfriend material.

Honestly, I was confused as f*ck:
I was smart and kind… but women ignored me and went for ugly, dumb Neanderthals instead.
On the outside, I looked successful… but on the inside, I felt less of a man.
So in 2008, I’d finally reached a point in my life where I was so desperate to learn how to get a date with a woman… that I made a decision to just figure it out for myself.
But after…
Watching countless YouTube videos about meeting women and getting dates…
Reading 414 books (just on my Kindle alone) about social intelligence, psychology, and communication – I focused on collecting practical advice and skipping the useless chapters…
Spending €19,609.87 on self-help seminars, coaching, and various audio/video courses – Yes, I checked my bank statements for the exact amount…
I was still regularly getting rejected because none of what I learned worked very well for me.
It was all very hit-and-miss.
Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t.
And it just didn’t feel right.
So I tried something totally counterintuitive:
For 14 months, I spent at least 5 hours a day (more on weekends) approaching women in Düsseldorf and Cologne – I skipped my postgraduate classes, quit my job, and lived off a scholarship and my savings…
So I could devote my undivided attention to documenting all of my approaches and interactions in a daily journal…
… And using my background as a Frankfurt-trained financial engineer to coldly analyze the raw dating data I collected – with the goal of identifying the most recurring patterns.
That’s how I discovered which patterns I need to follow to get dates and which ones I need to break to avoid rejection.
And thanks to a push by my friends… I summarized my records from all these months of trial and error… and turned my data-driven dating discoveries into step-by-step systems that help you attract and keep the woman you want.
